Harry Potter Hogwarts Inspired Plus Size Skirt from Shein 5X

Never worn skirt in multiple plaid patterns inspired by Harry Potter Hogwarts houses. Has little to no stretch, and a zipper back. I got the 5X but it fits a size 18 or 20 best. I'm closer to a 24 and it was tight, it would work high waist but then it's too short for me. It has these little inconsistent material spots so adjusted price. Sturdy, heavier fabric, no liner.
