Harry Potter Black & Navy Hogwarts Border Print Skater Dress It has pockets! It's very comfy, and super stretchy waistband. About 16" at the waist when flat and not stretched at all. About 22" at the waist (across/flat) when stretched out (so could fit anywhere from 30-45" waist.) I loved this dress, I just no longer wear dresses so it's time to find it a new home.
