Harry Potter Time Turner necklace wood-like plastic metal chain

This is the Time turner necklace from the Harry Potter series famously used in the movies by Harry and Hermione to turn back time and save the day. The chain is metal but the medallion is not. It feels like wood but I believe it’s plastic. I believe this is more of a costume piece.
