Hart Schaffner Marx Sports Coat - 46R, Tan, Glen Plaid, NWOT

I inherited the jacket as part of my Dad's wardrobe. I was with him in the mid-90's when he bought this jacket and I was always a little envious of him for having it. But he never wore it because it was one of literally dozens in his wardrobe. The outside pockets are all still stitched closed. I am not able to wear it as it is too big for me, so I'd rather sell it and let it go to someone who can wear it and receive all of the compliments! This is a classy sport coat. It's glen plaid, with tan and gold as the base colors and blue and brown as the plaid stripe colors. The jacket is made of Merino wool fabric and seems to be pretty wrinkle-resistant. It is substantial but not too heavy and would work in every season but summer, depending upon where you live. Please see the pics for more information and measurements. From a non-smoking home with a cat, who in spite of being brushed frequently, leaves enough hair in my recliner for me to knit my own sport coat. It's never ending!
