Extra clean, many pockets, well organized. Few scratches that do not penetrate the surface. It can be carried by the handle or shoulder strap which can be adjusted and had 5 holes from which to choose. The shoulder strap as measured attached to the case-see picture- is 17 1/2" while on the third hole. The case itself is 11" tall, 4" deep, and 16"across.

The measurements are included now and in the pictures with a tape measure. 4" deep, but I think it will expand just a tad more; 16" side to side; and top to bottom, 11".The shoulder strap, measured end to end on the lowest hole is 46". In the highest hole, the shoulder strap measures 41" end to end with a height from bag to shoulder of approximately 17" whereas in the middle hole, the shoulder to bag distance is about 17 1/2".

cindyg737 I love this Briefcase! I purchased mine new in 1997 and I still use it everyday and it looks beautiful. I get compliments on it all the time. I can fit my laptop and files in it without a problem. ❤️
