Harve Bernard by Bernard Holtzman brand. Red women’s jacket with sleeve cuffs. Jacket and pockets are lined. One large button front. Shoulder pads. 100% Polyester, Measurements are 22” pit to pit, 27” long. There’s a stain upper back shoulder. I’ve never worn but purchased As-IS years ago and then forgot about it in closet.
