Harve Benard plus size 2x shirt blazer with belt

Floral black and white pattern shirt/blazer with front pockets and 40" belt from Harve Benard in 2x that's in great condition. Shirt is made with 97% cotton and 3% spandex so does have a little stretch to it. Can be worn as a shirt with a cami underneath or as a blazer. Belt is pretty long and can fit waist lines comfortably.
