Harve Bernard Evening Spaghetti Strap Top with Beading and Sequin - Size 8

Beautiful evening/formal top from Harve Bernard Evening in black. Bottom front has beaded detail with mirror sequins sewn in. The straps have been tacked to reduce size but removing the thread can return them to original length/size.
