Harve Bernard all silk designer tie, EUC

USA made designer silk tie by Harve Bernard. Hard to describe the pattern here, but to me it suggests a persian influence. The colors are muted and lovely in red, teal green, creme against the deep navy (almost black) background. Subdued but statement-making!
