Harveys Original Seatbelt Bag in red, white, and blue. Shoulder bag with magnetic closure at top center. Bag is fully lined with an interior zippered compartment. Bag does have stains on white portions, most noticeably along the bottom row. Very small dark mark on inside lining. Purse feet and bottom side of bag are in good condition. 14.75” wide, 9.5” tall, 3.75” deep, and 10.25” straps. Spot clean.
