Harveys Seatbelt Bag "Briefcase"

Large black Harveys Seatbelt Bag. I believe they described this as a "briefcase" when I bought it. think of it is as a large tote with an adjustable strap. Approximately 17 in wide and 10.5 in tall. a zipper closes the entire top of the bag. the main compartment is separated in the middle and there is a small zipper closed pocket on one side. see photos. Minor wear for a bag that is 10 plus years old.
