Hatley Canada lightweight cotton tunic popover top

Medallion and stripe patterns with chevron ribbon accents. Crisp cotton with navy blue, white and turquoise/ aqua blue trim. 3/4 sleeves roll up, held in place by button and loop. Neck has 3 buttons. Lightweight. Can be worn as a tunic shirt or swim cover up at the beach and pool. Would look amazing in family beach photos. Size small 18.5 inches across chest. Length is approximately 31" front and 33" down the back.
