Hatley Elephant Dress

Hatley dresses are soooo soft. This one if blue with red elephants! It has a cool stich design at the sleeves and a drawstring waist. I wish I could wear this all the time, but I don't like how I like in a drop waist dress.. if I tie the dress at my natural waist, super cute- but too short for me.
