Hatley blue floral dress 

Hatley above the knee dress with beautiful embroidery detail. Exposed zipper back, side slits on both sides, one with "H" detail emblem. Slight v-neck, does have a small loose threaded area at the v (see picture). Beautiful dress!! Approximate measurements in pictures.
