Adorable tunic dress by Haute Hippie. One Shoulder style with a polka dot pattern in black and cream. Ruffle layers around sleeve and neckline. Top layer is sheer and lining has a smaller polka dot design in same colors. Drawstring waist for adjustable fit. So cute and versatile!
