A plunging V-neckline dips into twisted draping that gives a dress its lush and flattering shape. Keyhole back. Lighting in the last picture makes it look bluer, but the other pics are true to color. More of a peacock blue.

bust and waist measurements please?

@rittqueen It has an open back and front with deep V so pretty much most busy sizes will fit. As for the waist it has a bit of stretch but I measured it unstretched at 15”.
