Floral pattern on ivory. Popover one shoulder dress with two layers of ruffles across. Edge crossing has strip to anchor. Lined. Flaw: one side of label loose and size tag gone, pic 10. Please check measurements. Armpit to armpit approx. 18.5: measured underneath ruffles. Waist approx. 18" across flat, tighten with fabric drawcord. Shoulder to bottom straight approx. 36".
