Haute Monde Homecoming Dress

This is a gorgeous v-neck mini dress with a black top and crimson skirt. The skirt is embellished with black velvet detail, which is pictured up close in one of the slides, and it has a zipper back. It's fit-and-flare and incredibly comfortable. It's in perfect condition and only worn twice!
