kimkay78 @missramona That is strange that clicking on it won’t work for you. I wonder if it is due to a setting you have on your phone. You might want to delete the app and reload it to see if that makes a difference. Clicking on the “@XXX” should be working on your phone and on your computer.

kimkay78 @missramona Tag teams are lists of people that want to be tagged for things like follow games or Posh parties. Some Poshers have listings in their closets for people to sign up to be added to their tag team lists.

goensshopping So many things I can tell you that will help, it’s all in a book I bought called Hashimoto’s Protocol by Izabella Wentz. I’ve scanned through it bc I just don’t hv the energy to read it thoroughly even though I know it’ll help. #1 thing is the best advice, cut out GLUTEN from your diet! Most important thing.

kimkay78 @goensshopping Thank you! I just bought the book on Amazon! No joke! I did read online that there are so many different things you can adjust in your diet, like cutting out gluten. I tried to cut out some of the foods/fruits and add different vitamins. I kind of gave up because a lot of literature stated that what causes it can be different for each person. I am going to read the book when I get it and try to see if I can get better.

goensshopping Yes you’re absolutely right about everyone struggles different with it. I’ve had it for a long time and it only gets worse. Not to be a downer but I’m all about being honest and real. Read the book. I can for sure say gluten free is the best thing you can do. Also fruits aren’t gluten. Gluten is wheat, barley and bread. Pasta. But they make a lot of gluten free stuff even noodles which are good. So just do your research on what exactly is Gluten so u know for sure.

goensshopping My hubs started it almost 2 weeks ago bc he has ulcerative colitis which is an autoimmune disease. He’s feeling terrific. I’m amazed at his progress. Im not gluten free however totally. I do drink beer bc of my chronic pain issues. Beer has gluten. But everything else I’ve cut out.

You get used to it. Levothyroxine which is basically synthriod. I’m so glad you ordered the book so u can get a jumpstart on your disease in a way I never had a chance to. 😊💖

kimkay78 @nancygonza20 When someone searches for something on Poshmark the websites default is to sort the items they see by”last shared”. When you share your items they will move to the top of the list so it is beneficial to share your items a couple times a day if possible.

kimkay78 @nancygonza20 Also, when you share your items they will appear on your follower’s feed so it is beneficial to increase your followers so your items get out to more people. An easy way to gain followers is to join follow games. Sharing other people’s items will prompt them to share yours. When they share yours the items will go to their follower’s feed.

kimkay78 @nancygonza20 If someone likes a couple of your items they can choose to add them to a bundle so they only have to pay the shipping one time instead of paying it for each item. There is an option for a buyer to make an offer to you on the bundle and you can accept or counter back. The shipping label is good for up to 5 lbs. If the bundle is heavier you will have to pay for an upgraded label for a higher weight.

kimkay78 @nancygonza20 People can choose to send you an offer on your item. You can accept, decline, or counter back with what you will accept. You can get multiple offers from people for the same item. At that point you would have to review the offers and choose the “best offer” (highest offer) to accept. If all of them are too low you can send counter offers or decline them and wait for another offer.

Some people join the party so they can share their items that are that brand or because they want to see the items shared because they might want to buy them. I have not attended a party but I have shared people’s items to some.

An easy way to make sure you don’t miss anyone is to click on your followers at the top of your closet and click follow on anyone you are not following. When people are building their network of followers they will follow people to try to get a follow. People are more apt to follow you if they see you follow people back. kimkay78 @missramona Hello, On your Poshmark app you can click Poshmark Support Center and type “what can I sell” in the “ask a question” at the top of the screen to get information on what can and can’t be sold. Basically you can sell women's, kid's, and men's fashion and accessories. Boxes are not specifically listed. I sent your question to Poshmark to get an answer for you so I will let you know what they say.

kimkay78 @missramona Hello Linda, Selling empty gift boxes is not Posh compliant. Poshmark's response was "Unfortunately, at this time empty jewelry boxes are unsupported items on Poshmark. We are sorry for any inconveniences this may cause."

kimkay78 @yailym Hello Yai, Were you planning on selling or just buying on Poshmark? If you are interested in purchasing all you have to do is use the shop option on your phone and type what you are looking in the search area at the top. Each listing has an option to "Buy Now" or you can click the Offer option and send the seller an offer.

kimkay78 @janon_benson Hello Janon, You join a follow game by liking the listing. Then you follow all of the other people that have liked the follow game listing. As other people join they will follow you. All you have to do is follow them back. When people follow you they will show up on your news feed. You can follow them back there or you can click your followers link at the top of your closet and follow people that have followed you from there.

Some Poshers have a listing asking if other Poshers want to join their tag list so they can be tagged on follow games and sometimes posh parties. When you see tag team it is just a list of those people being tagged in the game so they can join if they want.

kimkay78 @missramona Hello, In follow games you are supposed to just follow the people that have liked the post (joined the game). If a posher is suggesting you follow the people who are tagged they might be talking about the people in the tag lists in the comments on the listing.

kimkay78 @kmvillano101 Hello Karin, I am sorry to hear about your issue. I have never had a person claim that they did not receive an item after delivery. You took the right step by reaching out to Posh immediately. It seems strange that the buyer waited a month before saying anything. Hopefully Posh will be able to solve the problem. Some sellers record themselves packing the item so they can have proof if someone claims they did not receive it.

kimkay78 @kmvillano101 I will say that I have had many sales where a buyer does not accept or rate the transaction. If you are unable to message the buyer it is probably because the buyer blocked you. That behavior is also strange given the issue. You would think they would message you if they wanted a refund instead of blocking you. I hope some of this information helps. Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Then an email that it was delivered and a heads up to accept it. Then in a day or so another reminder to accept it. If you did not get it why not raise your hand right then and advise you did not receive?

kimkay78 @kmvillano101 Hello, Congrats on becoming an Ambassador! Sometimes there is a delay in the population of the “Meet the Posher” listing. It usually is not that long but lately it has been anywhere from 3 to 7 hours making it hard to keep up with. The only way I know to welcome them would be to scroll back in your feed to welcome them when the post appears.

kimkay78 @njgrl54 Hello Michele, You don’t need to do anything with the tag list in a follow game. Another Posher is just inviting the people to join the game. Not all the people in the list will join so you just need to follow the people that actually join (like the listing).

kimkay78 @triciaking381 Hello Trish, Some poshers that don’t have many followers get sales from sharing their items a lot which moves the items to the top of the default search list. I think that they also sell due to low prices or high demand for the items they are selling.

kimkay78 @triciaking381 I have found that the followers list is based on the most recent followers the posher has gotten. As a posher gains new followers the older ones will drop off the list. There is a limit to how many are visible as well. It is hard to scroll through and count them but I think there are around 1,000 or less visible at a time.

kimkay78 @bddavenport I can see that your listing is for multiple bags. Posh listings only allow up to 8 pictures. Also make sure you selected "multiple" for the quantity on your listing since you are selling 8 different bags on it for $21 each. It may help if you add something to the description so people know they need to specify what one they want.

Listed a $425 pair of NWOT shoes for $159, which I thought was a pretty great deal, but am certainly open to reasonable negotiations. Was just offered $60! kimkay78 @kmvillano101 Hello, I usually counter lowball offers with a reasonable amount that I would take. I have ignored a few but it is usually better to counter. If they counter back low again I counter back with the same offer if that is as low as I will go. You might want to consider raising your price for the shoes since they are new and they were so expensive. Maybe change it to half the retail price or more so the offers might be closer to your target price.

Sharing your items as much as possible each day will keep them closer to the top of the “just shared” search default on Poshmark. Some posher’s periodically delete and relist their listings so they show up as fresh new listings again. I hope this helps. :)

Sharing other people’s items might get that person into your closet for a share back. This can lead to a sale if they like something they see and if they share yours one of their followers might like it and purchase it.

She survived and is cancer free now. My prayers are with you and I hope your treatment is successful. You can add a listing to your closet that says something like “thank you for sharing” and explain that you will not have time to share back due to illness or whatever you feel comfortable saying. You do not have to share back to everyone who shares your items.

kimkay78 @2eagles2 Super posher games can vary and have instructions included in the game. Most of them have you share a certain amount of items from chosen closets and then you follow all of the chosen closets followers. When you get chosen all of the people share your items.

kimkay78 @wine4u2 If the person who purchased your item made a comment on the listing you can click reply under their comment, type the message, and they will get your message in their feed once you post it. If they did not leave a message you can copy their closet @ name (e.g. @kimkay78) and include it in front of your message in the comments of your sold listing or you can leave them a message on their meet the posher page if they have one.

kimkay78 @madblk3 Hello, If you want to send a message to a person that does not have a 'Meet the Posher' listing you can write them a message on one of your listings. You just add their closet name with the @ in front (i.g.@kimkay78) and add your message after it.

kimkay78 @madblk3 If you are just trying to share a person’s listings it should not matter if they have a ‘Meet the Posher’ page. You would just use the share option on their listing. If the person is in Canada there might be a button to click in the closet to change to posh Canada and their listings will pop up so you can share them. kimkay78 @madblk3 Hello, in a follow game you need to click the follow option in each person’s closet that is playing the game (it is at the top of their closet) and follow people back that follow you. People that do not have a MTP listing still have a follow option at the top of their closet. In share games you are supposed to share their listings for sale not their MTP listing. You click share on the individual listings. There is not one button to click that shares the whole closet.

kimkay78 @madblk3 People usually click like on a listing so they can save it on their likes page if they want to buy it or shop in that person’s closet. If you want to like someone’s closet that does not have a MTP listing you can click like on one of their other listings. I hope this helps.

kimkay78 @baggy718 Hello Tara, most people price drop their follow games to prompt people to share it and to try to remind people to follow new people that joined after them. I have noticed that some people follow their new followers and some people don’t, regardless if they are reminded that they are in a follow game. So really it depends on if you would like to prompt more people to share it.

kimkay78 @baggy718 I do not get annoyed by people price dropping their follow games and most people expect that they will see price drops on follow games. I rarely price drop mine because I tend to get a lot of people joining and sharing it without price drops. My advice is to do what you feel comfortable doing. I hope this helps. 😊

sarahs567 Hi you are wonderful to take questions!! When there is a party why do you need others to share your closet to the party? From what I see the item only appears once at the party period. So if you share your own that’s all that’s needed. Also when my friends share other people’s or friends closets that I follow I never see their items on my feed to purchase them. So when you share a closet of someone your following to your followers where is the item going????

kimkay78 @sarahs567 Hello, people share listings to a party to promote the sale of the listings. You don’t need to have someone else share it. You can share your own listing to a party. When people share listings to their followers they go to the follower’s feed, not their news feed. The feed shows all listings shared by the people you follow. Your news feed shows direct shares that someone only sent to you and some listings that you are following that have had a price drop.

So for example if I follow 2 friends that also follow me and they share my items. I see that they’ve shared my closet. But the other friend of the two that shared do not get to see my items to buy them. If I am following my friend and she shared someone else’s closet that I also follow

I understand getting followers and sharing your own closet to them but unless my friends share to their followers and not parties then no one new sees it. kimkay78 @sarahs567 The most important thing is that you are sharing your items to your followers. When you share your listings it puts them at the top of the default “sort by” search on Posh. If someone uses the search function to shop on Posh it shows them the last item that was shared not the newest listing for that item. When you share a person’s item the listings shared will show up in that person’s news feed so they know you shared and hopefully will share yours.

kimkay78 @sarahs567 Your shares go out to your followers main feed. Not everyone shops from the feed, but some people do. It shows a small pic of the person who shared a listing and a larger pic of the listing. The feed gets very busy if you have a lot of followers. You should see the listings your friends (you are following) have shared on there as well as shares your other followers have made. Having people share to followers can be better than Posh parties but some people buy from parties as well.

If someone shares an item on twitter you can click to the right where you can normally see the listing they shared or on the note saying so and so shared and it should show you what they shared. One line will come up per share in your news feed just like when people share your items on Posh. I do not use Twitter. If you want to share back you can share back on Posh instead. fralees @kimkay78 I just love all your helpful hints and suggestions listings. You are an amazing person, I basically had to learn by trial and error or asking a friend. Anyway, I am still confused on how to find an easy way to find specific sellers (quickly) that I remember liking their closet and wanted bookmark them to shop later. Do you have a suggestion? What I have currently been doing is going into their profile and liking that vs liking an item, as liking an item to me suggests I want to buy.

If you join games, your likes page can get busy so you can unlike and re-like the post to make it go up to the top of the list when you need to.

kimkay78 @love2shopbrands Hello Tamara, I do not use apps when I make my listings. The informational listings I have are made with Microsoft word and Microsoft paint. I have heard of people using Typorama and Collage Mania apps for their listings. I am sure that there are other apps available as well if you do a search on the internet. I take pictures of my clothing on a regular hanger and a mannequin hanger. If you are looking for a mannequin hanger I suggest trying to find one online.

pamenam @kimkay78 not sure if you’ve noticed the new update that allows you to create and add a story (much like insta) that showcases some of the items you listed. I already made a sale from using this new feature! 💕 Tip : put as many possible items (either on your model or self) in your listing to showcase multiple items! I currently have that set up on my story! The story will last 48hrs 🤩

I do not use Posh Stories but there are instructions on how to create them in the Poshmark Support Center if you search for Posh Stories and select “How to create a Posh Story”. It states, “To create a Story in the app: Locate Posh Stories on your Feed and select (+) by your profile picture. Record a video, take a photo, or upload a video or image. Customize your Story. Once complete, select --> to add to your collection.”

I would assume that they are not too hard to set up. I have found that sharing listings frequently seems to increase the chance of a sale. I tend to focus on sharing and growing my network of followers to increase the reach of my shares.

kimkay78 @cavs4evr5 Hello Brenda, personally I like to keep things simple on Posh. I choose not to send offers to likers or send offers on bundles. I know that people do this to promote sales, but I do not like to push people to buy items and at times I feel it may lead to buyer’s remorse. I do allow people to send offers to me on listing and bundles.

If I was in your predicament, I would choose to do business with a person that sent an offer rather than wait for a response from an offer I sent to a person that only liked my item or items. It does not matter who liked the item first, it matters who wants to currently buy it.

kimkay78 @cavs4evr5 If the offers you have received are not at an acceptable dollar amount you can send an offer to all likers for the amount you are willing to accept. You do not have to feel bad about being fair to people who liked the item first. You should just focus on finding a person that currently wants to purchase your item at a price that that you feel comfortable with. I hope this helps.

It is best to respond to all offers quickly because the potential buyer might make an alternative purchase if you make them wait. If you are worried about being fair you can offer the second person the same price.

kimkay78 @heathrstreasurs Hello Heather, most people put 1 item in a bundle to save it for later. Some people find it easier to locate the item in their bundle history rather than their like history. Some people bundle an item to see if you make them an offer or they may want to ask a private question or send an offer through the bundle.

kimkay78 @cavs4evr5 Hello Brenda, I hope you are well. I usually price follow games at the highest price that Posh allows. Mine is at $999,999. Pricing it high allows for more price drops. It is up to you on how often you want to do price drops. It seems most people do them every few days or weekly. I don’t do many price drops anymore because I end up having to make new games too often that way.

kimkay78 @cavs4evr5 I have noticed that most people do a 10% drop each time. If you use the Offer/Price Drop option I believe you would choose the Edit Listing (public) option. This would allow you to drop the price and it sends a notification to the likers (players of your game) prompting them to share your listing.

kimkay78 @cavs4evr5 You should also share your follow game to your all your followers often. This gets the game out there for people to see. Your game will get tagged over time by the people who join and have a tag list. I do not have a tag list. I do tag a posh friend on new follow games and she has a list. When you get your game started let me know and I can tag her in the comments of your game. She usually adds her tag list when she joins.
