Haver and Blair Cream and Black Polka Dot Lightweight Ruffle Medium Blouse

This is a very pretty lightweight blouse that is lined under the bodice, and the sleeves are semi sheer. I see one small run as pictured in the last photo but otherwise it is in excellent condition. It is approximately inches 20-21 inches across the chest.
