nami001 LOL. I was in the middle of writing a response when you deleted the listing. I didn't see anything wrong with the closet you mentioned. As for your PFF, tell her to double check with Posh support to see if selling a shopping bag or gift box is allowed. I'm not sure if it is. She can write to Posh Support and ask.

nami001 @alyssahourglass PFF, You can and should share your entire closet to the evening Posh parties! Those are the parties that get the most traffic. When Posh says to share to appropriate parties , they mean the first two parties every day that aren't themed. They have certain criteria such as a specific category or brand. Those parties will only allow you to share the specifics but the lost party that is hosted, you can share your whole closet which you should do.

nami001 Your listings can only be shared once to the party, so if you share your entire closet to the party right now, you won't be able to share it again even though it gives you that option. If you have a brand new listing and you share it to the party, it will go to the new listing showroom only if it hasn't been shared to a party before. People have different strategies as to when they share their listings to a party...

nami001 @alyssahourglass hello pff, how've you been?As for the bundle, the person didn't add anything else right? When I see that in my newsfeed I think the person pushed the wrong button. Perhaps they intended to share but pushed add to bundle instead. If there was no second item added, then a transaction wasn't completed & your listing isn't placed on hold or anything. Probably just a slip on the person. Hope all is well with you ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ’•

alyssahourglass @nami001 ~ You know I finally got another sale today, after a dry spell, yay me! However I have a question for you, doesn't Posh usually send emails when we make a sale? I never got one. I almost didn't even log in today either! I am home though, so I did, and I saw the sale in my feed. Then as soon as I clicked on it, I got a Posh Internal Error 500 notice on my screen...They must be having issues, did you notice anything strange today?

nami001 @alyssahourglass Hey you, I'm at the Drs right now so this will be quick. If you didn't receive an email the buyer might've cancelled the purchase so don't send it out. Posh always sends you an email. If it still says sold & you have no email confirmation, contact Posh support to see if a sale was actually made. You can still print out a label w/o an email confirmation. There have been times when a buyer cancels but the listing says "sold". Took a few days for Posh to remove it...

Could be working through some glitches. If you're sure the buyer purchase and didn't cancel you can download the label from "sales" through your app..ok gotta go just got called

I read the listing & she says she accidentally purchased the item on Sat. She had a 3hr window to cancel the transaction not 2 days later. She should've been aware of the purchase since Posh sends her an email plus she got a notification on Posh.

nami001 Since the item has already been sent there is nothing you nor she can do. Did you receive an email from Posh telling you not to send it? Probably not. You fulfilled your obligation and had no reason to think you needed to cancel the transaction. You can contact Posh support and ask them what to do but I'm pretty sure the buyer is stuck with her purchase since it's been sent.

nami001 I see she's a seller but isn't compliant, not something you want to her. But as a seller she needs to educate herself. A buyer has a 3 hour window to cancel a transaction for accidental purchases. She would've seen notifications either on Posh or email. Make an offer button is binding and can't be canceled by the buyer. Only the seller can cancel.

nami001 As a seller it's not good to cancel a transaction on the request of a buyer. If a buyer asks to cancel, tell the buyer you don't want to jeopardize your standing with Posh & they need to cancel it. The reason she couldn't cancel was because she passed the 3 hour window. I don't know what Posh would do in this situation.

nami001 She would have to contact Posh but I'm pretty sure since it's already on it's way to her, she is stuck with her purchase. You might want to contact them too just to cover yourself. Let them know it's already been sent & she contacted you 2 days after the purchase. Tell them she bought on Sat & you sent on Monday. Hope this helps ๐Ÿ˜˜

alyssahourglass @nami001 Hi Emy! So good to hear from you too! Yes I've been taking a break,. Yes she cancelled 2 days later hours after I took it to the PO. I'll email Posh Support, maybe they'll let her ship the jeans back? Someone sold me boots, said they were a size 7, but they arrived and they were size 6. I wrote Posh, they issued a return label, sent them back to the seller. So they do initiate returns in some cases, I want the money or the jeans back, since it wasn't my error in this case.

First, I would contact her on the sold listing & nicely (even though you want to tear into her) ask her why the 1 star rating when the jeans were in perfect condition. Tell her you don't think it's right for her to ding you on your stars for her mistake. Again reiterate to her that you weren't able to cancel after you sent the package.

nami001 Suggest to her this is the reason for the 1 star rating. You want her to admit it so you can snap shot it and send it into Posh. Good thing you wrote to Posh but send in another message with a snap shot of the convo where she is trying to cancel 2 days later. By putting this on your listing others will see this and will probably block her. Nobody wants a person who "accidentally" purchases something, tries to cancel after the package has been shipping & then ding the seller for her mistake

nami001 IMO, she's a seller and should know posh etiquette and it was her mistake. She should've sucked it up. She could always re-Posh. Plus going through her love notes, she likes Almost Famous Jeans...so maybe it was a mistake or perhaps buyers remorse but you just don't do that to another seller...

nami001 He closet will be shut down soon though, fully non compliant. When you write to Posh tell them that you fulfilled your part of the obligation by sending it by the next business day which happened to be on Monday because she purchased on a weekend. Tell them you didn't see her message to cancel (2 days later) till after you sent the package. Tell them you know it's because you couldn't retrieve the package back when she tried to cancel 2 days after purchase..

nami001 Here's another thing though. She would've received notification when she bought the item by email and she would've also seen the purchase on the app. Tell Posh that you take Poshing very seriously and that your aim is to always satisfy a buyer so that they'll have a great experience on Posh. Tell them that this really disheartens you that a spiteful seller/buyer can ruin your hard work with just one click.

nami001 @alyssahourglass Also mention that she said she wasn't going to accept the jeans and would have it sent back to you. How rude! You even have her free gifts. Make sure you stress to Posh there was nothing wrong with the jeans. Make sure you tell them you work so hard at pleasing the buyer only to get slapped in the face by a buyer who had buyer's remorse. Make sure you write to her so you have more documentation. Also report her closet. Non compliant up the ying yang

IDK I am happy, but still over it, I might look elsewhere, I have so much to sell, and even more than I have listed, and my stuff just isn't selling, I might put everything on sale just to move stuff. I commented a few times in my jeans post, it seems all good now.

nami001 A buyer can change their ratings even after they've already submitted one. I don't know how long they have to do that though. Sales have been up & down. I had a really long dry spell but then got back into share groups and have had a few sales. You might want to join a share group. It's a great way to get more exposure for you closet. Me too, I have lots of things to list but just haven't have the time. Plus I go on a business trip next week...ugh. So glad it worked out for you :)

nami001 I'm always here for you PFF. Now that you've been on Posh for more than 3 months write to hosting @ postmark.com - a great way to get followers and potential buyers. It takes them about 3 - 4 months to get to your name on the list so do it soon. You can so do this, it's super easy. If you want to join share groups to help with sales, let me know and I'll introduce you to a few. xoxo

nami001 @alyssahourglass Hey pff, I'm doing well. Just got back a few days ago from a 2 week business trip and I so need a vacation, ugh. To block someone, go to their closet and in the upper right hand corner you'll see a box with an arrow pointing up. Click on that and a drop box will appear. At the bottom it should say "block user". Once you block them they won't be able to comment, share or purchase your listings. They can still view your page though. Hope all is well with you. Big hugs xoxo
