Hawaiian Royal Creations ruffled floral maxi dress muumuu size 2

A mini muumuu, or maybe a mini maxi? An adorable Royal Creations floral Hawaiian mumu,ruffles and all, made in Hawaii. Floral fabric consists of a tropical burst of golden yellow, white and burgundy flowers and palm leaves against a pink background. Quarter shown for scale. Elastic around neckline and at waist remains stretchy. Circa 1980s or 90s. Marked size 2 but refer to measurements for proper sizing. Measures about 22” shoulder to hem, about 8” across at waist unstretched, and about 10 1/2 pit to pit. A tiny tropical Hawaiian dream of a dress.
