I can't even begin to explain how cute this top is in the summer! When tied, can wear like a modest crop top (which is how I wore it). Label is 1X...I'm a size Sm and it fits me well with some nice looseness. I'd say this one is more of a Medium size, likely would not fit as a 1X.
