Hawaiian tropical floral midi sleeveless in great preloved condition. The dress did not have a belt with it when I purchased it used from another platform. The loop size is pictured. Darted botice with a hide away back zipper. There is no size tag, but the fit is true to size. See measurements. The fabric tag says 100% Cotton. It does have some stretch.
