Hayden Pull-on Rain Booties

Light tan/grayish color rain booties from Nine West. There is a small blue smudge on the left boot, on the inner side. These have only been worn 5 times, they are just too tight for my feet (I have wide feet with a high instep). The tabs on the back are easy for pulling on. Originally purchased for $99.00.
