Heart Necklace, Sterling Silver, 18" Chain, Cubic Zirconias, RSE

This is a delicate sterling silver necklace, never worn, in the original presentation box. The open heart pendant is bordered with cubic zirconias and has a contrasting gold wash along the inside edge. The chain is 18" long, with a 2" extension. The heart is 3/4" x 3/4".
