Heart Pendant with Sterling Silver Chain

Heart Pendant with Sterling Silver Chain - this little heart is very pretty with three faux gemstones, ruby, amethyst and a pink stone. Would make a nice gift for a sweet sixteen, a dear friend, etc. I purchased a “lot” of jewelry years ago and the seller included this for me since the lot was a rather large one. The chain is stamped Italy 925 and the pendant does have the word “sample” on the back. The chain could probably use a good polish but it’s in otherwise excellent condition.
