Heart and Hips black and white stripped midi dress. Size Small. 36 inches length from shoulder. Soft stretchy material. This dress is new but all tags were removed. I tried it on once and removed the sewn in tag on the neck because it was itchy. Then I never wore the dress. The tag shown in the picture above I found located on the inseam.
