Heart print Valentine's Day dress

Adorable navy blue mini dress with white polka dots and reddish pink hearts. Elastic waist. The dress looks so cute with either leggings or tights. Very good used condition. Length from top of shoulder to bottom of dress hem is 34". Size small--fits like a size 6.
