Heart ruby and diamond necklace

This pendant is just over a half an inch in length. It's a beautiful heart with what appears to be rubies and diamonds. They are very small but very sparkly. It is stamped 925, as is the chain. The chain measures 18" and has a spring ring clasp. The chain in silver the pendant appears to have a gold overlay.
