Heart shaped diamond and gold necklace

This is a beautiful necklace I got from an estate sale. It’s a gold pendant with diamonds in a heart shape with a gold necklace chain. I have no idea if the diamonds or gold are real. The necklace chain is about 12 inches long and the pendant adds about half an inch or so. I cannot guarantee anything is real since I’m not an expert. It sure is pretty though! Would be a really great gift for any woman for her birthday, Mother’s Day, graduation, or anniversary! I’ll put it in a cute little jewelry box and gift bag and wrap it up well to ship.
