Hearts and Found Penelope Dress -Worn twice -Great condition -Midi length -Color is solid Air Force blue-a discontinued color! -Has pockets and adjustable straps -Please note that one of the straps is a little funny-it should either be steam pressed or taken to a seamstress to be fixed, is it “appears” to be twisted. It was sent to me that way and it didn’t bother me much -Size says “custom”, but fits like a Large/XL-please see photos for measurements -Comes from a smoke-free environment
