Hearts and Roses size 12 black dress

Hearts and Roses black lace and brushed suede like fabric. Pre-owned but was in excellent condition until I removed it from mannequin and one of the eyelets came loose where toro ties. Neckline needs ironing down. Bought at convention but too large for me. Size 12. side zipper. Not lined. vintage look.
