Hearts and roses London Gothic pinup '50s fit flare dress size 12

For reference I'm a US size 12/XL, my measurements are 40-33-44, I am 5'3 and wear bra size 36D. by hearts and Roses London size tags has us14 UK 18 but I usually wear A US 12 UK 16 and this dress fits me pretty perfectly so I'm listing it as a 12 😅 beautiful black brocade dress with two rows of decorative buttons in front, shall call her, zipper on side, corset lacing in back. measurements taken with the garment laid flat, 18 in from underarm to underarm, 16 in from side seam to side seam at waist, 39 in long from shoulder to bottom hem. fabric does not stretch. tried on a few times but never worn, tag an extra button still attached Smoke-free home, however I do have three cats and try as I might cat hair does get everywhere, please keep that in mind if you have severe allergies.
