Hearts of palm Blue and white polkadot skirt

Blue skirt with white polkadot. With one pocket on the bottom right, one pocket on each side. 2 pocket at the back. A Button and small zipper at the front. Slight gather waist band at the back.. Very comfortable with short underneath. Waist: 15” 1/4 - long: 18”1/4. Chick and fresh!. Looks like New.
