Hearts on Fire White Romper, aus size 8 us size 4

Originally purchased from white fox boutique, hearts on fire brand. Back zips up and buttons on the neckline. The sides come up high but has built in shorts. I think it may be considered a romper but it looks like a dress. Worn once.
