Heather Nicole Navy Blue Turtles Short Sleeve Maxi

This is really an awesome maxi dress the material is 100% rayon and was made in Nepal. It is a women's size small. It measures 46 inch from the top of shoulder to bottom hem. It is a very dark navy blue adorned with white Turtles amongst the dress. This is also a short-sleeved dress. Please ask any questions before purchasing. In my opinion when looking for Flaws I could not find one single flaw so I began to think this has never been worn. The bottom of the dress has a super cool pattern!
