Zipper down front (zips to hips). Cozy Velour fabric. Pockets at right side. Puffy shoulders. One sleeve hem is coming out. Also it appears that original hem at bottom was let out. Raw edge at bottom. You can see wheee original hem folded. It currently rolls to hid raw edge. In my opinion it could be left alone.
