@magits Yes, it’s 27” from just under the arms, on a flat lay, so more than 54” around. It’s a dolman shape, so very roomy and flattering!

@magits The waist is about 55”. I’m not sure of the fabric, as the tag has faded away. I’d guess a polyester blend, as it is very soft. I’ve always washed in cold cycle and dried on low. No shrinking or pilling.
