Heather blue sleeveless maxi dress

Heather blue sleeveless maxi dress from Max Studio. Dress does not appear to have a tag describing fabric blend or care instructions, but I have always machine washed it in cold water. Material is very soft. Design at waist address a bit of support to the construction, but it is altogether a super soft, comfy dress. 51" length from the seam at the top of the shoulder to the hem. 15.5" flat-lay measurement across waist (bottom of design).
