Heating/cooling pad

Condition: used once, excellent Info: TheraCool heating and cooling pad for neck and shoulders. Put in the microwave for heat or in the freezer for cold. Exterior is a soft fuzzy maroon/burgundy material, 100% polyester. Weighted, weighs a little over 3 lbs. Story: This was given to me, but I only used it for cold for about 5 minutes. I have neck problems, and the weight of the pad hurt my neck so I can't use it, but it seems like a good quality product.
