Heaven brand skirt

Heaven pull-on style skirt in a poly/spandex blend. Very cute and soft, great travel piece. Features 3 1/2” semi-sheer panel at hem. Approximately 29” long, 28” at waist, and 36” at hip. In good used condition from a smoke-free home.
