Vintage Y2k era 1930's inspired black skirt with grey tweed trim and cream chiffon trim. Fully lined with 4 satin garters attached at the waistline that can be worn tucked inside the skirt or left showing outside the skirt. Garters have exposed metal and rubber functional garter grips. 80% matte jersey 20% polyester lining 100% chiffon. Excellent vintage condition. Flat measurements; 14.5” Waist, 25” Length.
