Heavyweight Ribbed Turtleneck Sweater Dress

Women's knitted heavyweight dress, in a size SMALL. This dress is a turtleneck style, that you can fold over and the turtleneck itself is not a hugging to your neck type of feel. The turtleneck should sit comfortably around your neck. This dress is also ribbed in a tightly stitched design. Sleeves are a loose fit and there is no cupping on the wrist. The dress is in a cream white color. NWOT- no stains, rips, or holes. My kids just have a bad habit of taking off the tags even if they don't like the clothing.
