Hei Hei (Anthropologie) Cargo pants, low rise, slim fit size 2 but closer to 4/6

I bought these pants from Anthropologie for my daughter based on the size that’s listed on the tag, which is a size 2, but they definitely fit more like a size 4, possibly even a 6. They’re too big for her anyway! They are fun with the side strip And added stitching on both front and back sides. 8.5 inch rise with a 28 inch inseam and lying flat they measure just under 16 inches across the waistband.
