Heidi Weisel New York 100% Silk Full Long Skirt Black & Ivory fashion couture Sz 8 Minor scuffs on bottom hem and tiny mark on part of black section. Did not try to dry clean. Would likely come right out. Not noticeable anyway unless examining. Otherwise great preowned condition. Worn only one time. Size 8. Waist measures approximately 30”. From top of waistband to bottom of skirt is approx. 43.5”. Beautiful lined full skirt. 100% silk both face and lining! Stunning designer piece.
