Heimish USA top, longer in length but too short to be a dress.

This item has never been worn but has been washed once. I received it as a mystery item from my favorite boutique, but I don’t like the material. The tag shows a size L, but it would fit a L or XL comfortable due to its stretchy material. It’s a super soft top and even has pockets!
