The bodice is adorned with rows of Pin Tucks with a row of lace centered perfectly between each set of Pin Tucks (a total of three lace inlays). The waist has a matching lace inlay. The Peter Pan collar is hand faggoted (a high-end stitch) to a matching piping. The short puff sleeves have two layers of matching piping connected by hand faggoted stitching. Near the hem of the skirt, two rows of triple pin tucks have a matching lace inlay between. Upper Button back. Size 12 and up have a matching tie back sash for a perfect fit!
