Fabulous raffia hat made in Australia for designer Helen Kaminski. The hat doesn't show any signs of wear or use as evident by the clear printing on the band on the inside of the hat. Noting the band is only in the front half of the hat and is slightly padded. The black band on the outside with the bow and worn edges (see photos) is only attached by the designer's little leaf emblem, which can be removed. So, any band or ribbon can easily be changed out as desired or needed.
