Helen Welsh is the designer of this Black Patent Leather purse! I’ve owned this handbag for 12 years. I’ve not used it in 8. Minimal wear and tear outer shell, minimal to moderate on the cloth interior. Zippered center close over zippered center pocket, zippered backside lip stick pocket with ‘cell phone’ open pocket. Magnetic snap pockets on either end. Massive brass toggle closure over all.
